Accommodation
The Cotillo Beach Hotel is just two levels high with the swimming pool and palm-planted sunbathing areas in the centre. There are 144 freshly decorated double/twin rooms each with an en-suite bathroom, safety deposit box, telephone and hairdryer.
Facilities
Reception is 24 hour and has currency exchange facilities, car hire desk and attractive lounge area. Internet access is also available.
The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and there is a poolside bar serving drinks and snacks. Holidays are offered with the option of half-board or all-inclusive.
Adults and children are catered for with day-time and evening entertainment, including childrens mini-disco. In addition to the swimming pool and childrens pool there’s a childrens playground, billiards, ping-pong, tennis and bike hire.
Location
Cotillo Beach Hotel is approx. 300 metres from the beach. Transfer time fromthe airport is approx. 50 minutes. El Cotillo is well served by bars and restaurants and has a few mini-supermarkets and bakers.
Beaches
The white sandy beaches at El Cotillo are divided into coves with their own clear turquoise lagoons, ideal for children to paddle in the warm shallow waters, or for safe bathing. In total contrast, the beaches and rolling waves to the south of the village are for surfers and kiteboarding.
